Texture of Baked Eggs

Making your eggs in the oven will result in a similar texture to hard boiled eggs, but you can make the egg yolks a LITTLE bit softer. However, they will never be as runny as a fried egg. But, the beauty of baked eggs is that there is no shell to deal with! Simply slide the eggs out of the pan and you are ready to eat!

How To Tell If Baked Eggs Are Done?

You will know that your baked eggs are done when the whites are thick and set, and the yolks are thick but not completely cooked! If you like a firmer yolk, cook the eggs a bit longer! Once they are finished, remove the eggs from the pan by running a butter knife along the edges. Serve them up, season as desired, and enjoy

Absolutely! Eggs are one of the most versatile keto foods and these baked eggs make a great keto-friendly breakfast

Are eggs dairy?

I know eggs are in the dairy aisle which makes it confusing. BUT, eggs come from chicken not cows. This means that eggs are NOT dairy!
